WHO CAN ENTER:
Anyone. All A.R.E./POPAI membership dues must be in good standing to receive member pricing. If you have any questions about your membership level or are interested in becoming a Member please contact Elizabeth George, Director of Membership at 954-241-4841, elizabethgeorge@retailenvironments.org.

CATEGORIES TO ENTER:

Each must have been produced between March 1, 2015 and September 1, 2016, however there are no minimum run requirements.

A. Counter Displays/Permanent –  Displays intended for use on counter/table top intended to last longer than 6 months AND/OR any display that has more than 50% permanent substrates like but not limited to wood, wire, metal or acrylic 
B. Counter Displays/Non-Permanent –  Displays intended for use on counter/table top intended to last less than 6 months. Any display that has more than 50% permanent substrates like but not limited to wood, wire, metal or acrylic will be considered permanent. 
C. End Aisle Display/Permanent –  Display that is placed end aisle in the store intended to last longer than 6 months AND/OR any display that has more than 50% permanent substrates like but not limited to wood, wire, metal or acrylic 
D. End Aisle Display/Non-Permanent –  Display that is placed end aisle in the store intended to last less than 6 months. Any display that has more than 50% permanent substrates like but not limited to wood, wire, metal or acrylic will be considered permanent. 
E. Floorstand/Permanent 
F. Floorstand/Non-Permanent 
G. Interactive/Lighted/Motion Displays –  Any display that requires consumer interaction, a light source other than ambient lighting,and incorporates motion as a key element of the display to deliver its message. 
H. Signage Dimensional 
I. Signage Non-dimensional 
J. Point-of-Sale – Examples are: back cards, stack cards, mobiles, wire hangers, ceiling hangers, posters, banners, shelf talkers, decals 
K. 2 Dimensional Design Boards – Innovative design or novel application of technology, product, or fixture that enhances the retail experience presented on a board no larger than 4’ x 4’ 
L. Specialty Packaging – Prints to the packaging substrate. 

ENTRY PRICING

First entry includes a ticket to the speaker and networking reception. For additional tickets to the events, please click here.

  • Premium Members - $250 for first entry/$150 each additional entry
  • General Members - $300 for first entry/$200 each additional entry
  • Non-members - $350 for first entry/$250 each additional entry

WHAT CANNOT BE ENTERED:
Displays that were entered in last year’s West Coast POP Show.
